    We had an amazing stay during breakfast due to their service.

    We had a quick check-in, the room was spacious and immaculate with an awesome balcony view overlooking amman. The breakfast was outstanding and very good with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose.

    The hotel is a great base for exploring Amman, being close to historical sites like the Roman Amphitheater. The indoor pool was fantastic, and my teenage daughter loved it! We enjoyed the best breakfast I've had in Amman .

    For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more family-friendly activities.

    Liked hotel's easy reach to various parts of Amman. The Lobby is grand & really modern. Room was ok.

    Hotel enterance & its location undermines the hotel image. Also, having a car is a problem there, as you have to always use the valet packing, which sometimes is a pain especially if they are quite busy while you are in a real rush.

    A lot of local and enjoyable breakfast options. Absolutely stunning views, unbeatable location close enough to many shops and restaurants as well as the main business districts of Amman. Also, on the beach.

    The check-in experience was seamless, largely thanks to the professionalism of Lara at the reception. The pool area was lovely, and Hamza's assistance. The city view from our room was fine.

    Probably, the best of Sheraton Hotels I've ever visited. Since the first moment i checked-in till the last moment i checked-out. Absolutely amazing staff, caring, asking me at every chance if i need anything or if i have any compalints. When I asked them to help me on something they gave full attention and they gave me the best alternative.

    there was nothing i didnt like in the hotel.

    Location was good and the hotel have all functions but unfortunately the services were not upto Sheraton as we all know. With this room rate I was expecting better than this.

    The services over all does not reflect Sheraton as a world class hospitality brand. I strongly recommend more intensive training sessions for the hotel GM and the rest of staff on how to treat multi national guests.

    We explored historical sites like the Roman Amphitheater and Citadel, and enjoyed the vibrant malls nearby. The staff was attentive. Our room was spacious and the overall atmosphere was really relaxing. I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet!
